镇江汇通金属成型有限公司是从事有色金属耐磨材料及其产品研发、生产、销售的民营企业,产品涵盖耐磨铜合金、耐磨锌合金及铝合金三大系列产品40几个品种。

     近年来,在市、区科技部门强有力的帮助和推动下,公司以市场为导向,以产品开发和技术改造为抓手,各项工作均取得了长足进步。

公司先后获批江苏省高新技术企业、江苏省科技型中小企业、江苏省知识产权标准化示范单位称号,是江苏省高性能合金产业技术创新战略联盟理事单位。公司设有江苏省企业研究生工作站、镇江市高性能有色金属耐磨材料及其产品工程技术研究中心,镇江市企业技术中心,江苏省高性能有色耐磨材料工程技术研究中心。

     公司分别承担并完成了国家科技型中小企业技术创新基金项目、国家火炬计划项目、工信部国家中小企业发展专项资金项目、江苏省科技型中小企业技术创新资金项目、镇江市新兴产业科技专项、镇江市知识产权战略推进计划以及丹徒区科技开发项目等研发课题,在新型高性能有色耐磨材料、材料熔炼工艺、产品成型工艺、铸模及辅助工装设计等方面取得了多项具有开创意义的成果,其中耐磨锌合金材料性能及产品质量达到国内先进水平;新型高性能耐磨铝青铜和高强耐热减磨锡镍青铜材料据检测结果及查新报告显示,其性能优秀。 上述研究成果已申报国家发明专利26项(授权7项),实用新型专利22项(均获授权)。公司95%以上产品已拥有自主知识产权。

     公司先后获得中国机械工业科技进步三等奖1次、镇江市科技进步三等奖2次,镇江市产学研合作一等奖和二等奖各1次。

     科技进步极大提高了公司产品的质量和市场竞争力,目前公司核电站电动执行机构蜗轮产品已通过严苛工况条件下的试用,电梯曳引机蜗轮、大型轧机轴套、精锻机前压板、重熔炉蜗轮等产品已大批量进入市场,特别是高端电梯曳引机蜗轮产品(主要用于高速客梯和重载货梯),市场占有率已接近40%,产品供不应求。

     公司正处于快速增长期,为了克服现有产能不足的瓶颈,2013年底,公司再次斥资购置近30亩土地,使厂区面积增加了一倍;2014年3月,又注资2100万元,使公司注册资本由原来的1000万元增加到3100万元。公司计划新建6000m2生产车间,在三年内,使新型高性能耐磨铝青铜产品扩大再生产,使高强耐热减磨锡镍青铜产品实现批量生产,新增产能年产值7000万元、利税1000万元。同时新建2000m2研发大楼,并配备相应试验设备,上述计划的实现将使公司真正成为专业有特色,行业有影响的高性能有色耐磨材料研发和产品生产基地。

     Zhenjiang Huitong Metal Forming Co. Ltd. is a private enterprise engaged in the research, production, and sales of non-ferrous metal wear-resistant materials and their products. The products range includes more than 40 varieties of wear-resistant copper alloys, wear-resistant zinc alloys, and aluminum alloys.

     In recent years, with strong support and promotion from the municipal and district science and technology departments, the company has made significant progress in all aspects of work by focusing on the market and using product development and technical innovation as key drivers.

     The company has been identified as “high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province”, “technological small and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangsu Province” and “ intellectual property standardization demonstration unit in Jiangsu Province”. It is also a member of the Jiangsu Provincial High-Performance Alloy Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. “Jiangsu Province Enterprise Graduate Workstation”, “Zhenjiang City Engineering Technology Research Center for High-Performance Non-ferrous Metal Wear-resistant Materials and Products”, “Zhenjiang City Enterprise Technology Center”, and “Jiangsu Province Engineering Technology Research Center for High-Performance Non-ferrous Wear-resistant Materials” were established in our company.

     The company has undertaken and completed various research and development projects, including the National Technology Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the National Torch Program Project, the Special Fund for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and other research projects such as the Jiangsu Provincial Technology Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Zhenjiang City's Emerging Industry Technology Special Project, Zhenjiang City's Intellectual Property Strategy Promotion Plan, and DanTu District Science and Technology Development Project. These projects have led to several groundbreaking achievements in advanced high-performance non-ferrous wear-resistant materials, material smelting processes, product forming processes, and mold and auxiliary tooling design. Notably, the performance and product quality of wear-resistant zinc alloy materials have reached the advanced level domestically, while the new high-performance wear-resistant aluminum bronze and high-strength heat-resistant and wear-reducing tin-nickel bronze materials have been shown by authoritative departments and inspection reports to outperform similar materials from both domestic and foreign sources. The company has applied for 26 national invention patents (with 7 authorization) and 22 utility model patents (all authorization), with over 95% of its products having independent intellectual property rights.

     The company has received awards for its technological advancements, including “the third-class award for China's Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress”,  “third-class awards for Zhenjiang City's Science and Technology Progress” twice, and the first-class and second-class prizes for Industry-University-Research Cooperation in Zhenjiang City respectively.

     Technological progress has greatly enhanced the quality and market competitiveness of the products. Currently, the product of worm gears for nuclear power station electric actuators have passed rigorous tests under harsh conditions. The products of elevator traction machine worm gears, large-scale rolling mill bushings, precision forging machine front pressure plates, and heavy melting furnace worm gears have been entered the market in large quantities. Especially the high-end elevator traction machine worm gears (mainly used for high-speed passenger elevators and heavy-duty freight elevators) have achieved nearly 40% market share, and demand for the product is outrunning supply.

     The enterprise is in a period of rapid growth. In order to overcome the bottleneck of existing production capacity, at the end of 2013, the company invested to purchase nearly 30 acres of land, doubling the factory area. In March 2014, an additional 21 million RMB was injected, increasing the company's registered capital from the original 10 million RMB to 31 million RMB. The new 6,000 square meter production workshop was planed to build, for expanding the production of new high-performance wear-resistant aluminum bronze products within three years, achieving mass production of high-strength, heat-resistant, and wear-reducing tin-nickel bronze products, and increasing the new production capacity to an annual output value of 70 million RMB and a profit and tax of 10 million RMB. Additionally, the new 2,000 square meter research and development building will be constructed and equipped with corresponding testing equipment. The realization of these plans will turn the company into a professional and influential base for the research and production of high-performance non-ferrous wear-resistant materials.
